Ok so i ot some super pretty taffeta from my local fabric shop and i made my Bustle.
Although im now super concerned its way too Elegant for my character, and perhaps a bit too burlesque looking?
What do you guys think?

I think that looks stunning, I really love it! I don't think it looks burlesque, unless you wear it with a burlesque outfit

My skirt cake today too, but not sure if i like it with the bustle or not yet.

No i do not like the skirt with the bustle it looks pants.

a lot of people have started wearing bustles with trousers or three quarter lengths - especially leather or dark materials. maybe something like that would work?
